Kiara was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She moved to Pensacola, FL with her family at age fifteen and attended Gulf Breeze High School. Shortly after moving to the U.S., she adjusted to the culture and was determined to learn English quickly and perfectly. Kiara attended the University of West Florida and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Marketing and International Economics. Kiara loves to travel and learn about other cultures, so she decided to spend a full semester in Shanghai, China where she studied International Economics and Foreign Trade as well as Mandarin.

The Gulf Coast is the place she calls home and she has always had a passion for sharing her love for the area with others. This passion allowed her to start working in property management for vacation rentals on Pensacola Beach. While managing over 250 investment properties, her main goal was always to maximize revenue for each condo by developing and customizing sales strategies tailored to each property and maintaining an excellent relationship with every owner.

Her extensive knowledge of the area, experience with investment properties, and passion for creating relationships, led her to become licensed as a Real Estate Agent and join forces with Abbott Realty Services. Kiara is fluent in Spanish and English and strives for excellence, unparalleled service, and is committed to serving with honesty and integrity.
